Overview
CP Doctor offers a pain management doctor to patients who do not have access to local treatment.
Our doctors will have at least one face-to-face visit with you each year, monthly consults to go
over any changes in your condition and to answer any questions. Prescriptions that are written will be
sent C.O.D. to your shipping address.
The face-to-face visit
You will not receive a prescription on this visit. This visit is for the doctor to meet with you and
to assess your condition for proper care. All pertinent records must be faxed before your face-to-face.
The visit fees will be charged when you receive your prescription via DHL. At no time will a
prescription be handed to you at the face-to-face visit. The doctor’s office is NOT a pain clinic,
and they do not want the attention that pain clinics attract. At no time will you pay for your
visit at the office. This cost will be collected via C.O.D. when you receive your prescription.
Prescriptions
After your face-to-face visit, and if the Doctor writes a prescription, it will be mailed to your
shipping address via DHL to be filled at a pharmacy of your choice. The prescriptions will be written
for a 30 day supply. This is done to help reassure your pharmacist that your pain management doctor
is taking an active role in your treatment and you are in contact with your doctor every month.
CPDoctor.com Cycle
Once you have started your consulting cycle, CPDoctor.com will offer you a “Same day / Same time”
option for your monthly consults. For instance, if your first consult is on the first Tuesday at
10:00 AM, we can set you up to automatically have your consults on the first Tuesday at 10:00 AM that
is closest to but not past your 25-day cycle. With a simple email reminder, your consult will
be scheduled automatically.
Costs
This service will cost $200.00 a month. This fee will be collected via C.O.D. when your prescription is
sent to your shipping address via DHL. If you choose special shipping times and methods ( Saturday delivery,
priority overnight ), those additional costs will be added to your fee.
Our doctors and legal team have put considerable time and effort into creating a service that will not be hobbled by unscrupulous pharmacists, or that can be construed by the government as irresponsible. Our doctors reserve the right to choose treatment plans and patients. Any behavior that the doctor feels is not appropriate will result in immediate and permanent denial of service.
